Our Magic Straight service (also known as a Japanese straightening or thermal reconditioning treatment) permanently smooths and straightens your hair, giving you a sleek, glossy finish that stays put through humidity, washing, and daily wear. Because this is an involved, transformative treatment, we start with a thorough consultation to assess your hair's condition and history and confirm it's the right fit for your goals. The service itself takes time, so plan for a longer appointment — and you'll leave with straight, manageable hair and simple aftercare tips to protect your results. Ideal for anyone tired of daily straightening or fighting frizz and curl. *The listed price is a starting point. Because every head of hair is different, your exact quote is confirmed at your consultation based on your hair's length, thickness, and condition. A $75 deposit is required to book this service.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and is applied toward your service total. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations and reschedules MUST be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time — no exceptions. If you cancel, reschedule, or fail to provide this notice for ANY reason, your deposit is forfeited in full and will NOT be transferred to a future booking. A new deposit will be required to book again. Please be certain of your availability before booking, as this policy is strictly enforced. No-Shows: Failure to show without notice results in loss of deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings. Late Arrivals: A 15-minute grace period applies. Arriving later may result in a shortened service or rescheduling at my discretion, with the deposit forfeited. Your service may still be charged in full. Consultations: All new clients receiving color, extension, or major transformation services require an in-person consultation before their service begins to ensure accurate pricing, timing, and the right approach for your hair. Based on the consultation, clients may be required to sign a waiver before service begins. Extensions: A separate, non-refundable deposit may apply to cover hair and materials once ordered. Pricing may vary based on length, density, and method. Preparation: Arrive with clean, dry, detangled hair unless your service specifies otherwise. Payment: [Cash, card, etc.] accepted.
