Welcome to Ichigo ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the booking of our services. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Ichigo provides hair services including, but not limited to, hair extensions, hair coloring, perms and straightening, haircuts, and hair treatments. All services are performed by trained professionals. Specific results may vary depending on your hair type, condition, and history.
2. Pricing & Consultations
Prices listed on our website are starting prices. Because every client's hair is different, the final price for many services is confirmed during your consultation, based on factors such as hair length, thickness, density, condition, current color, and the amount of product or hair required to achieve your desired look. Custom or multi-tone color work, and services requiring additional time or product, may increase the final price. You will be informed of your quote before your service begins.
3. Booking & Deposits
A deposit is required to book most services. Your deposit secures your appointment and is applied toward the total cost of your service. Deposit amounts vary by service and are shown at the time of booking. Please see our Refund Policy for details on how deposits are handled in the event of cancellation, rescheduling, or a no-show.
4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Late Arrivals
We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Details on how deposits are affected by late cancellations and no-shows are set out in our Refund Policy.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service to fit the remaining time, or reschedule your appointment. Because many of our services are time-sensitive, late arrivals can affect our ability to complete your service as booked, and may be treated as a late cancellation at our discretion.
5. Consultations & Results
For color, lightening, extensions, straightening, and similar services, results depend on the starting condition and history of your hair. We will always advise you honestly on what is achievable and may recommend more than one session, or additional treatments, to reach your goal safely. We are not responsible for results affected by inaccurate information provided about your hair history (for example, previous color, boxed dye, or chemical treatments).
6. Health & Safety
Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, scalp conditions, or relevant medical conditions before your service. For certain chemical services, a patch test may be required in advance. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a service if we believe it may harm your hair or scalp, or if appropriate safety conditions are not met.
7. Payment
Full payment (less any deposit already paid) is due at the time your service is completed, unless otherwise agreed. We accept the payment methods listed at our location and/or at checkout.
8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to, abusive behavior, unsafe conditions, or failure to comply with these terms.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be posted on our website, with the "last updated" date shown above.
